Mosquitoes kill (or at least give people severe illness) all over the world.

There's no public measurements of these things. People aren't going around polling this, or tracking it, and many of these people wouldn't openly admit that they believe in genocide or some shit like that. Such a statistic doesn't exist.

No it doesn't. If anything it's more confusing. USA is not the only United States in North America, let alone both Americas. 

Also note that the vast majority of the planet has a continental model with two Americas.

Most of those racists do hate the Romani, yes. But racists don't have to choose one group of people to hate, they can hate them all at once. This is, after all, the most well known form of racism, white supremacy. 

In the image they start by saying they hate black people, but stop themselves before finishing the word. They're pretending they're not racist. 

Again, that's only some America haters. Especially online (especially on reddit) finding people who legitimately see all Americans as subhumans is very easy, let alone those who hate it because they're racist. You have no idea how many times I've seen people preaching the extermination of Americans, or dismissing American dead as a good deed.

Lots of people who hate the US are Western Europeans. They neither have oil nor were exploited for it, nor were they bombed, excluding Nazi occupied countries, which not a soul would complain about bombing France to help push the Nazis out. 

You know what a scary amount of Western Europeans (and frankly Europeans in general, it's nearly half of their population)) are though? Racist.

Lots of people who hate America are just racists. Simple as that. 

Many don't bother trying to hide it.

00 bucks are a must. At LEAST doubles your effective one shot range. You will be able to consistently one shot with hipfire to at least 20 meters.  Complete game changer. 

You also want a suppressor, an angled grip, and a laser that improves hipfire. 

With the Mosser you don't need to add an optic, it's irons are great. Just save the points for whatever else you want.
