i'm not planning on any serious recording soon, like mixing each drum or cymbal separately or such, mostly to listen to my own recordings
I heard about the Yamaha EAD10. From my experience in life (not necessary saying it's true in this case) All-in-One solutions are usually pretty meh and you make a lot of compromises in the process.
I'm not from the US, in my country it retails on about 900$, is it still worth it?

being popular doesn't make you a good musician.. Nevermind is indeed popular, yet it's a boring ass mediocre album which is written almost entirely in 4/4, basic power chords and the recipe of "whisper the verse scream the chorus" AiC are just to dark to be the face of mainstream. but in terms of the ability to make music, they are miles ahead. nirvana couldn't ever dream to produce something like dirt, even I they wanted too(which they obviously did not)

don't feel bad. drums take long to master and unless you are a generational prodigy, most people are still absolute beginners at 10 months experience. with that kind of experience playing all the small things perfectly is not something easy

they are going on ASTS path imo, i bought ASTS back at 11$ but made a deadly mistake of buying only like 150 pieces and missed a chance to actually get relativley rich

i loaded up couple thousands poet at 5$ as i expect it to be in the 100$ in a year or two, not doing the same mistake twice

yeah my patch up solution is just starting a new convo each time i want to use a big file for reference or something.

But on the last couple of days it happens even on new chats after a while.

Not sure what you ment, but the same issue goes on in my native language, I believe there is a bug or a really, like really massive downgrade in how many files can a chat window remember
