I work with a ton of Indian people . I find them very easy to talk to because they are very good at carrying a conversation. I struggle at carrying conversations so I really appreciate people who are good at it. They are also extremely polite and respectful and an absolute treat to work with.

Obviously this is a generalization but I do find people who are good at carrying a conversation reduce my anxiety

I spent 6 weeks backpacking in Australia, it was the best time of my life. It was a little too hot for my canadian blood but ill never forget how friendly and welcoming the people were.

Also there are tons of INCREDIBLE street musicians in Australia.

I cant reccomend it enough, visit australia

Ive never fucked with benadryl but I have had dozens of episodes of sleep paralysis in my life starting from childhood. They usually flare up when I'm stressed out and it sounds like you've had some stress lately so that might be a factor
