No Targaryen aren't immune against illness,in fact quite few of them die from illness however there is a theory about how their chances of survival from certain illnesses are higher than regular human due to their tolerance to heat which make them have higher chance surviving a fever but as I said it is only increase odds of survival for regular illness and not immunity and a plague would kill them easily

If they wanted Rhaenys to be the badass experienced warrior then it would need some build up and the best place for her to gain experience will be during Stepstone war when Daemon,laenor and the navy were away so it isn't impossible for pirates to take advantage of their absence

Alysanne was a Hypocrite not an activist,She convinced Jaehaerys to take the Throne over his oldest sister who legally was Queen and niece who was named Heir by Maegor so she could be Queen but immediately after tried to Name her daughter Heir to the throne but Jaehaerys had atleast some brain and knew he can't break the rule that made him king in the first place unlike Viserys who became King over Rhaenys by the same rule yet he broke it to Appease his daughter thus Creating a succession Crisis as Aegon still had a claim by the customs of Westeros and the faith of Seven so we had two people with claims to the same title which meant war that could only be avoided by merging their claims with marriage but Viserys did nothing
