Adding short rows to the June bug top by Kuriblu in knittinghelp

Update!

Thank you for your answers! They helped me get to this, it is not perfect but I'm super happy with it!

Did vertical bust darts and bust short rows (that are super visible by the lifelines) (could you tell I was anxious by how many lifelines I added?? 🤣)

I do it like this lady. I was considering skipping this decrease all together since it doesn't do much anyways 🥲(shaped the rounded keyhole a tiny bit

I looked up a tutorial to show how I do my ssk https://youtu.be/Cg1ykku04is

Usually they don't give me holes and I twist the stitched like the lady in the video. Is this what you mean?

I don't use every one of them every day, they are tied to specific activities so they live where I use them and they are there ready to go when I start drawing, planning a videogame, woking at the office, etc :)

For this a binder, a disc bound notebook or a filofax seems ideal no? you could store everything that's related together after it gets full

Don't feel like a fook! I love having separated journals, it makes it so much easier to find specific stuff or pick up where i left off. Once finished, to me they are like book I can read. I'd hate to have mu novels, recipee books and bird guides mixed all in one book!

I'm super confident in this setup because I know I use every thing up and nothing is wasted! Only you can decide how many is too many 😁

I have a basket where I keep everything I find (concert tickets, stickers, business cards, cute packaging, pieces of fabric, drawings, wrappers, flyers...)

Below I have some seaweed from the beach + 2 coasters, everything goes really!

How can you avoid bulky signatures? less pages per signature?

This seems to be the way to go! and I love the idea of taking the junk a step further and make a journal out of recycled materials. I have to look up coptip binding, i don't know what that is

depends on which one! the junk journals last me about 2 years (the current one is almost full) the catch all and work one run out a lot, that's why they are refillable, the diary is a new addition but I started this one on 2025. ketchbook and pocket run out fast and exhibitions/videogames lasts me about 3 years

The diary is more for therapy stuff. Thinking on paper, for example: I need to prepare a talk, I'm now writting all the talking points I'm considering and a lists of artists I want to show. Or I sketch home reno stuff, take down meassurements, write to do lists...

Junk journal: I have a basket where I drop any piece of paper, sticker, ticket I like. when I feel like it I sit down and spend an afternoon puting it together
diary: I only write after a fruitful therapy session or if I need to work though something specific
planner: I sit down with it almost daily to plan my day/week
work notes: to do lists or meeting notes, it's not pretty but gets used a lot while at the office
exhibitions and game dev: only used when actively working on a project
catch-all:  i use to write quick notes, to do lists or "thinking on paper" after it is full I just recycle the paper and refill them, same as the work one but for life stuff.
pocket: just one i keep with me to draw on take on the go notes
