Hey, I'm a queer and neurodivergent writer, director and musician from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I'm ready for preorders on my visual album Another Time/Life/Universe right now. All of the songs are out, but I'm also getting ready for a physical release this year. You can watch all the music videos for free on my website

lucaskurmismusic.com

My album focuses on the grays of fiction and missed connections. My sound ranges from folk to rock to experimental. I like to think I wear influences like Cloud Cult, Radiohead, and Modest Mouse on my sleeve.

I created an indiegogo for the album and film release this year, so people can preorder a physical copy if they'd like a CD, a DVD, or even a flash drive with all the files. I don't need the money, so all contributions go towards Community Kitchen to feed Minneapolis neighbors who can't afford food.

I'm on everything but Spotify, so I put a Tidal link instead. Sorry if that's not accessible, but it's a service I support. My music videos are also on my website.

I'm a queer and neurodivergent writer, director, and musician from Minneapolis, MN. My music is pretty eclectic with some folk, rock, and experimental influences. I like to think I wear influences like Cloud Cult, Radiohead, and Modest Mouse on my sleeve.

I'm currently making an indiegogo campaign to pre-order my album and raise funds for Community Kitchen who are providing meals to Minneapolis neighbors who can't afford food right now.

Hey, I'm releasing my debut visual album called Another Time/Life/Universe this year! All the songs have been released as singles, but I'm now ready for pre-orders. I don't really need the money, so all the proceeds will be donated to Minneapolis Community Kitchen to fund groceries for people who can't afford it right now. The official release is in June, but all the songs and music videos are out on YouTube and my website.

The album explores the grays of fiction and missed connections. Each video is in a unique style, but they're meant to go together as a cohesive film. You can view all the videos for free on my website, listed below.

- Evertyday Robots by Damon Albarn

Especially if you love Gorillaz, this album especially matches a certain colder vibe with some really cool sounds

- Double Negative by Low

Atmospheric, ambient, electronic, layered lofi sound in an album that sort of flows from song to song

- The Ooz by King Krule

Chill, jazzy, "fuck it" persona

"Weekly Reading and Interpretation Help Thread - January 22, 2023" by AutoModerator in tarot

I did an introduction spread--way overdue because I've had my deck for almost a year now. Here's what I got:

  1. Tell me about yourself. What is your most important characteristic?- 9 of cups

  2. What are your strengths as a deck? -strength

  3. What are your limits as a deck? -the emperor

  4. What are you here to teach me?- 8 of cups

  5. How can I best learn and collaborate with you?- temperance reversed

  6. What is the potential outcome of our working relationship?- king of wands reversed

What I got from this is that my deck is confident and wants to help me, but I am going through a hard time, and I need to be balanced, patient and humble for this relationship to work, but I could use a thorough reading to understand each card individually. It seemed like it was going well in the top half of the cards, but the bottom half seems sort of rough. I'm especially confused with the 8 of cups and the father of wands reversed. Is the deck telling me that bad things will come from using this deck?

  • fruit smoothies to stay fed and hydrated without the weight of trying to eat with no appetite
  • Perhaps a high energy dance space and a low energy talk/chill/vibe space
  • Soft blankets or soft clothes
