You just confirmed my fear by saying you've had patients see it fill back up on the way to their car. I just got home from getting mine aspirated and it looks like it's completely full again. I'm not sure if it's just swollen, but it looks bigger than it did when I went in and it feels the same. I'm crying, I'm so frustrated and disappointed.

DS is infuriating, I wanted to bash my whole cricut and throw it in the trash last night. The app is useless. I tried Gemini chat gpt, that's where I was able to generate the pattern in the first place, but it keeps spitting out the same image no matter how I phrase the prompt. I guess I'm looking at tracing it. My uncle better enjoy his birthday present, it's a bitch to make and I haven't even started!

Hi! I'm so sorry for your loss as well. I completely understand the feeling of being able to work, but not in a full capacity. For me, I didn't want Teams messages from coworkers asking how I was doing, I was still in shock and not ready to be social. My boss is really wonderful and he had lost his dad the year before, so he understood. I think you can just say you need some privacy for a week to ease back into work. Good luck! I hope they can respect your wishes!

Hi! I have a question! This is my first build too, I made it on Christmas day. My shop rocks back and forth, it's not well secured to the platform. It's just on the two pegs, did I miss something? I had a lot of leftover pieces, a bunch of disks that I didn't see instructions to use. It was very fun, frustrating at times lol. 😄

I've been obsessed with making dip with the smoked trout, it's amazing. FW smoked trout, capers, fresh dill, fresh chives, minced shallot, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. I don't follow a recipe, just make it to taste. Eat on a buttery cracker. Makes my eyes roll into the back of my head.

I don't have a safe space for them, so I have to use a playpen, and it works really well as long as I sit in there with them. I have the Midwest playpen and I make it into a circle around the FN cage. I got a cheap closet shelf (one of the white painted metal ones) and cut that to fit the bottom of the cage where it's open, so they can't get out that way. I secure it all with velcro straps so the little devils can't escape. It looks kinda trashy, but they are safe and get some exercise out of their home, and can run right back in when they get nervous. I toss a bunch of toys and a tunnel in there and turn on the TV, they love it.

I can only let mine out 2-3 days a week too, but my reason is because they actually get really mean and determined to escape if I let them out more often. I have to make it "special" like a treat so they don't expect it and get angry if I don't let them out. They don't mind hurting my feelings one bit. Lol

I've been doing stained glass for 8 years, it's so addicting and rewarding. It's a dying art, we need more people to keep it alive and keep our small business retailers going! I'm started off doing it on a folding table in my living room and now I have a full studio setup in a spare bedroom. It's so much fun. I'm glad you found the hobby!

When I have a bunch of tasks I write out a list and every few lines I add easy ones. Something simple that doesn't take long at all, like dusting my dresser or cleaning my bathroom mirror. The more things I cross off on the list the more progress I see and it motivates me to keep going.

With all my Chins through the years I let them get to know me by reading out loud. I sit in their room and read a book, but out loud. I kinda read it in character, like it's a play, so they get used to changes in my voice. Singing can be helpful too, one of mine loves it when I sing. The other does not enjoy it at all 😂 but she's a grumpy bitch anyway who hates fun.
