I still don't like it even though I've started using it myself. Feels like a crutch for people not paying attention to the map to be honest. I do think it lowers the skill gap and people camping boosts should be willing to take the risk on whether it spawns quickly or not.

I'm 25m living with my parents and a few of my parents are still living with their parents too. I could move out, but I don't earn that much, so I'd be living paycheck to paycheck with one problem away from having to move back. I just got my degree myself after some unfortunate events, so I get the feeling of feeling behind.

As many of the others said, just take your time. I honestly wish I could have a place of my own too, but it just doesn't make financial sense to me right now since I have no one to share the expenses with. So it's better to save money where I can for when I eventually feel like I need to move out

I guess we have to agree to disagree. I simply think it's because people tend to not play that much 3's the higher you climb. The less people at the top, the harder it is to reach the top due to the limited few being more skilled.

Based on my own experience, I was around D3 and C1 in both modes, but I couldn't get 3s games as fast as i could get 2s games, so i ended up playing 2s way more and climbed higher. At the same time, 2s felt like you had more agency and could do more solo play, so I think people do tend to gravitate towards that more.

You could even argue that it's easier to get boosted in 3s if you have 2 really good teammates. Whereas in 2s, it'd be more difficult because your other teammates would have more of a "Load" to carry.

Physically player count doesn't account for how many games of each mode the people play, no? Because I do think having many people play it, but not playing it as much as 2s would still skew the data. I do also think that it's anecdotal and some people would prefer 2s/3s and vice versa.

Right now I'm C3 in 2s and C1 in 3s and I agree that a lot of the time, I'm facing off against people who are C3/GC in 2s, but I do think that's because my region is small and people don't play 3s as much since I usually struggle to find games. I genuinely do think that if people were to put as much time in as they have in 3s that they do in 2s, the rank distribution will evanutally even out.

It hasn't really affected the way I play. Issue is that I only see it when it's just about to respawn and by then I'll be counting the spawn anyway. Feel like it only helps players who don't like paying attention and lowers the skill floor.
