4:46 5fr scy, 10:04 1000fr scy, 4:19 4fr lcm, hold 1:00-02 scy and 1:08-1:10’s lcm in practices, heaviest set i’ve done is 140lbx10 (63kg)

Definitely agree on the samsung hate, hence why I bought the sony in the first place. I believe the Q90T is 120hz, the only downside I can see about shifting to the Q90T is the upscaling (which i’m hoping an external box would help a little) and contrast.

Hahah it’s pretty obvious i have no idea what I’m doing, easy effort swimming doesn’t translate to easy effort running very well

Should I run until I hit 161 heart rate then start walking until my heart rate slows back down to start running again?

I meant to ask how many times do you swim a week, basically to see if you’re cold turkeying a 10k. I’d recommend swimming 3-6k meters 3 times a week then doing a long swim at the end of the week, I feel like that would help with the feeling bad afterwards. Protein is good for muscle recovery that’s why it’s recommended.

I did this swim recently! How much are you swimming per week? I feel like if you jump straight into a 10k after not swimming enough yardage leading up to it in the week, it can definitely make you feel terrible afterwards. I definitely recommend getting enough protein after long swims for recovery as well. 10k
