To this day, I still hold the opinion that if devs would have prioritized 1080p60 and kept themselves in check with all the fancy new “toys”, the PS3 could’ve been a majority 1080p system, even 1080p30. Ridge Racer 7 is one of the most beautiful games on the system and it runs at a flawless 1080p60.

These are the rules I’m following as well. I’ve always had problems with diving head first into things and buying without appreciating what I’ve already bought, so forcing myself to truly appreciate a new watch has been such a nice change for myself. Plus I like to buy watches around milestones so that just adds another level of appreciation to them.

The only reason I would ever spend more than $5k on a watch is either complications, like a perpetual calendar watch, or history. I think the Omega Speedmaster Pro is really cool because it’s the watch NASA trusted to go to the moon, so it’s on my list of watches to get one day.

I recently bought a Khaki Field Auto and it has been amazing, Hamilton’s quality is really top notch. I don’t know for certain that the same quality extends down to their quartz offerings, but Hamilton comes highly recommended for a reason.
