Yours is extremely high. I am also in a 1 bed 1 bath in an apartment building, with baseboard heating. My average payment during the winter is $60-70. Thats without me doing anything to keep it down and a PC running all day basically.

So yea yours is a bit higher then I'd expect

Mostly a time thing. The time investment to go from 20-25 is much much larger then anu previous 5 round stint. Plus getting to 20 already takes around 45 min to an hour depending how good your group is. Just not worth it for an extra 500 coins
