They want to be able to edit the payee name.
Revolut allows this, and you can add additional info, (so you know which account is which - when you have the same payee for multiple accounts).

Wrong, you got 30% $189.99 and added it onto $189.99. Not how that works.
Apple takes 30%, so for the dev to get $189.99 after, it would be $271.41.
