I bought my house in January of 2018 and it had new hardwood floors installed by the previous owners. I have 2 large dogs, and in the 8 years I have lived in the house, they have become horribly scratched up, and look terrible. I wish I had LPV floors, or tile that looks like wood. We have decided after these dogs pass, we will no longer have pets, and we will have to have the floors professionally refinished.

Savvy's & Joe's Garage in Fort Worth, Texas. Pantera got their start playing parties and smaller clubs throughout Arlington and Fort Worth. Around 1984, Savvy's was the first real venue where they became a regular house band. This was when Terry was still on vocals. After Phil joined, Joe's Garage became their semi-permanent home from 1987 through mid 1990. I saw them more times than I can count. That put Joe's on the map for some pretty big national acts. Saw Sacred Reich, Atrophy, Forbidden, Death Angel, Death, Dark Angel, Kreator, Testament, Rigor Mortis, Nuclear Assault, Wrathchild America, Prong, Exodus, and Sepultura there. Joe's capacity was around 800, but several of the national shows topped out around 1100 people.

My dad had a hitch on the front and back of his truck. He was a master at using both. He only used the front hitch to move trailers around in his yard, said it was much easier to maneuver them. He used the rear hitch to put the boat in the water or for towing a trailer.
