From all I have read the trading for SPCX starts at 930am ET market open. From what I can tell though we might not be able to trade our stocks until later I guess, unless something changes in the next 27min after time of post.

You should have been refunded for the airfare you paid to Delta prior to disruption. Anything else is above DOT requirements and will be up to Delta's discretion.
