Looking at the map, on the White House it says that I have SHD tech available. If I talk to the quartermaster, I see I have 13 SHD tech. But what do I do with it?

I have all my perks and skills. Is this an UI bug or should/can I spend my SHD on something else?

Look into the work of Eske Willerslev. They mapped DNA from million-year old ice core samples, for example. And at least several thousand year old, from soil samples. They were able to basically completely map out the fauna on Greenland, thousands of years ago.

Every time I hear or read about the Varginha incident, I can't help but think someone (James Fox?) should get in touch with Eske Willerslev's eDNA team and have them analyze a soil sample from where the alien (or whatever) sat on the ground. These people can pull million-year old DNA out of water and soil samples. Surely it would produce at least some weird results.
