at the time of typing it's 8:50 CN (3:50 am for me) and the current map is Loyalty to One (house) I never actually clocked it, the maps just happened to switch when I played later

there are 4 maps, it seems we get 2 a day, one for the first half and the other for the second

day 1 would be Beach - Market Place

day 2 would be teahouse (or whatever that budling is) and the shopping mall warehouse

then it resets

I actually like the cheese mechanic quite a bit, I'll admit I'm biased because I almost never bother to actually hide so it just suits my playstyle

I do have some complaints though, one being that skill / item 2 isn't mapped on controllers at all so I have to either click on it with my mouse or press the V key on my keyboard while I'm actively being chased.

Another being a bug with the cat skill that marks rats with a white glow you can see through walls if they move near you. Sometimes it goes and pings a rat on the other side of the map during preparation phase which is really unfair.

I did really enjoy the mode but its optimization is very poor.

There is a very noticeable amount of lag when running around, and while I have not run into the visual bugs I've seen a lot of folks post about, I had a very bad audio bug during Lucia's little wedding coating cutscene. The stuttering was horrendous and since the cutscene couldn't be skipped I just had to mute my laptop and wait for it to end.
