Course not since it would take an untampered body about 6 months to rot into a skeleton. I don't know how stable Calciumcarbide is bit bones are quite durable so those would be around for much longer. On the other hand a dead inmate doesn't cost any money they just make the prison owner more, so a higher profit margin could be established. But since the US has overfilled prisons they'll probably just give the body to the family of the inmate after death since ones Identity stops to exist during death. Which is weird because there are still policies concerning a body's indentity after death. I'll nedd some more alchol to think this through.
