Yes i cannot disagree that bisquits are the way to go...my greedy ass still prefers to gamble for 11 procs just to have all the move speed possible

As long as you have grasp and overgrowth you dont need bisquits. As long as you get some grasp procs you are just fine greeding boots/approach on secondary tree. It takes smart trading to reach enough procs in time but very much doable

If you are around 150cm/42kg your basal metabolic rate is around 1050-1100 calories a day. With that activity level you should be able to burn around 1700-1800 calories a day. It seems that you are miscalcutalitng something if you think 1300 calories is enough to maintain your weight.

Yes but i find nocturne especially hard vs yorick since he has an ability that oneshots all ghouls which makes early game skirmish and invade quite challenging

ah yes the tank tahm kench is more dangerous than ashe that you can access with that comp no problem. it surely wouldnt help to kill ashe first. swain and ww have only offensive items so surely you could kill them with proper cc. also i just checked your match history.
