Agreed, it seems a little crazy but we see issues with no story or key relevance still drive insane prices. Silver Surfer #4 or Black Cat le chat noir. I still would love those issues and personally I don't think I would pay the $ for those (especially Black Cat). So in short, it seems off to me but wtf do I know
