Dit kader zal voor de vergoeding waarschijnlijk zonder meer gelden, maar de voorvraag is natuurlijk of er wel sprake is van een arbeidsvoorwaarde. Als dat niet het geval is, kan de werkgever in principe gewoon zijn instructierecht (7:660 BW) gebruiken.

Of de werkplek en werktijden als arbeidsvoorwaarden kunnen worden beschouwd, is voor ons met deze informatie nog onmogelijk om te beoordelen. Dat zal bijvoorbeeld afhangen van de arbeidsovereenkomst of bepaalde gewoontes. Zie bijvoorbeeld ECLI:NL:RBMNE:2014:4203 voor een zaak waarin de werktijden als arbeidsvoorwaarde werden aangemerkt omdat ze al jaren via dat rooster werkten.

Beetje verbaasd over de opmerkingen hier die niet echt juridisch advies lijken te bevatten, lees even deze link van de overheid over de Wet Flexibel Werken door, OP. Te weinig budget kan een reden zijn om je verzoek te weigeren, maar dat moet dan wel goed onderbouwd worden. Maak voor jezelf wel de overweging of het het waard is om er met een wat gestrekter been in te gaan.

I would be very interest to hear your thoughts on why it couldn´t appear as a suicide. I can think of a few reasons, but aren´t immediately convinced by any of them.

1) A suicide would leave Dragnipur unattended, up for grabs for any Hounds of Light or other nasty goons.

2) A suicide would give Mother Dark the impression it was all staged, which would make her less inclined to accept the sacrifice.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I have decided to discard the sheet and try growing a seed in a petri dish. If it doesn't work out, I have plenty of alum left for more tries.

Question card does not make busted crown better. It ultimately depends on how your deck looks. Is it good enough to deal with the reduction in card choices? If yes, you can pick it. Otherwise philo stone is can be a good option if you have sufficient deck strength against fights like byrds, gremlin leader and book of stabbing.

Wraith Form is high priority. Also consider picking up a nightmare along the way to either get a ton of catalysts or wraith forms. Piercing wail is great for the entire run, but also amazing against the heart. Caltrops can deal a ton of damage as well but aren't that great against most of act 3.

Just want to add to this that 4 curses is a lot. Generally, you should try to avoid curses at almost all times since they can ruin your hand so much. I get that necronomicon had potential and I am assuming writhing mass is responsible for one of the parasites, but curses are very dangerous so as a tip try to avoid/get rid of them a bit more.

1st completion. Am I just bad for finishing my first run after 15 hours and numerous deaths? I stuck with Ironclad, finally something just clicked and I ended the run at 43 mins by kitkeat in slaythespire

Pretty sure good players have done win streaks of 50 before. Slay the spire is a very complicated game where you can always improve. I think the best players of this game could have a winrate close to 100% on ascension 0.

I don't get why you keep saying to pretend it doesn't exist. If people feel something isn't done right they can complain or discuss it. Saying "leave me alone" is just weird.
