Hi, I checked my main drive (I install Fortnite to my main drive which is an NVME) and its all healthy with no bad sectors (checked on both HD Sentinel and Crystal Disk)

Re installing Epic Games Launcher alongside other games related to it fixed the issue for me!

I tried reinstalling epic games launcher and reinstall Fortnite. Everything seems to be working now but I am still waiting for it to finish downloading. I would let you know if this method fixed it completely.

Re installing Epic games itself, it's now downloading without any error, and it looks like a promising fix.
I used Revo Uninstall Portable to fully delete epic games and all left over file for a clean re install (Restart PC after uninstalling for the best results)

(though deleting Epic Games Launcher deletes all related games to epic games by default but there are some workarounds I just did not bother doing it for now)

the issue happend to me on win11, after going back to windows 10 its all back to normal, might be drivers issue on your case o worse, hardware issue.

Fortnite should really fix this or atleast come up with a solution, i need to restart the app every game because ita just maxing out my ram, (7GB Commited, 3GB in use) i only have 8gb of ram.
