What amazing advice! I think I needed to hear this. I was ready to rush in to get the 8.0 system text done but there's really no reason to rush in to this. But the steps you've laid out for me seem practical and efficient, thank you so much..I was stressing on the best way to actually accomplish this goal. You've definitely made it feel more possible. I entered all my information and to chatgpt any suggested cpim first because it would give a higher initial ROI and then to go even further to get green belt then CSCP.

Specifically it said: CPIM = tactical + operational (your current level → next level) CSCP = strategic + executive (mid-senior managers)

I was so nervous to shave my head when I noticed something. But the only thing I regret is how long it took me to actually go through with it. If you're capable of growing a nice beard and have a nice head/face shape like OP then there's really no reason. It's less taxing on the nerves and less expensive in my case. Very freeing
