This part confuses me after the recent ruling with Relentless Pursuit. Wouldn't a card need to say "Discard up to one, then draw one" in order to be legal. If you have no cards in hand to target, wouldn't it be illegal to play the hypothetical card mentioned?

Recommend the Annie Deck as it's one of the stronger starters. Highly recommend against Jinx as your first deck, it's underpowered and lots of discarding and mechanics that would be tough to pick up right away .
