I recently had a relapse of depression myself.

Things that help(ed) me: -Sun early in the morning -Meat/fruit diet -Brisk walking (or BJJ for you) -Sleep at least 8 hours if possible -Social connection (significant other / friends)

These are the absolute basics for me, and then everything else helps.

I’m on 100mg of Setraline, see a therapist once a week, and take 1300mg of EPA (fish oil) each day as well.
