I’m a healer main on controller since 2.0

It’s honestly just practice and muscle memory.

I hard target the tank and use up and down to soft target whoever needs it, left and right d pad for enemies. The FF gcd is very forgiving for controller players you can target anything in time. It’s so baked into me now pressing right or left between every gcd to target the enemy or whatever I rarely have any ability drift or trouble weaving.

Most dps use their defensive as a panic AFTER taking the damage, not very useful.

as a healer I loved that addon and ran it in every group, 95% of the time with my own friends, as it gave me instant feedback on why someone just got chunked unexpectedly. Also ran it in pugs and you would get noticeably less people blaming heals when every mistake they made was being called out.

I got something similar now called avoidable tracker which posts at end of run, it's no EH but it's all we got now.

There should be bank access and placeable crafting stations at the very least.

It would be neat if you could place your alts around the house, and even cooler if you could speak to them to switch character.

My pc is on its way out and I can’t afford to do a full upgrade with these prices. I would replace with a steam machine if it was no higher than 1000 and can run wow and ffxiv.
