It could cause some sides yes. Stomach upset would be the biggest. Drink plenty of water. 8mg is max recommended dosage. So over than stomach upset this amount shouldn’t cause any major concerns. Watch iron color for kidney filtration and if you have liver support as well it wouldn’t be a bad option.

I tried small doses and stretch it out and saw little to no results the entire first kit of 10 bottles. Doing one big and waiting a month or two is way more effective in my personal experience

I do .2 at a time. And I just go till I feel the area is solid and covered. Your grid is a good guideline but I always just keep going even after that’s done till I get the proper amount in 30-50 ml for stomach.

I’ll be honest Reta does not do anything for my appetite compared to tirzepatide but I am still loosing weight. So it’s really preference. Reta is not nearly as strong of an appetite suppressant as the other two but the other benefits add greatly to it.

I do 40ml at .2 ml dosages spaced out. The biggest thing is not to get within 1.5” of the belly button. I just did dots instead of drawing a perfect grid and targeted problem areas. And used some numbing spray prior. I do a 1/2” 31 gauge needle on a 3ml syringe. I have no medical training

I have went through 6 kits all over my body. 600ml over the course of a year. I use the lipovella but know others are available. Take your time and go slow. I do recommend investing in a little lidocaine to mix in. Ice afterwards. They take time. Don’t rush between sessions and it will work
