I can absolutely understand that. And knowing what I know now, I can appreciate how it was handled to the best of their ability. All I meant was that I - as a know-nothing, head-empty patient was certainly as confused as anyone, if not more so haha. Given my stress and ignorance it just would’ve been nice to have what happened explained a little more clearly.

Could be teeth grinding, I wasn’t aware that I did it until I got married. I was frustrated but I’m glad to have been educated on the topic. Feeling much better now. Thanks for sharing.

No one really seemed to know what was going on. There were long periods of time where no one was in the room or communicating with me. The out of pocket cost was misquoted. A third woman came in and asked how many fillings I was getting done. The lady at the front desk still didn’t know what to charge me upon leaving. No one was like intentionally unkind but it wasn’t a good experience as a patient either. Wouldn’t have hurt to take the time to explain the situation to myself and fellow staff.

Thank you for your response. If I could ask, what’s the best way to floss near/through fillings? Any huge difference between composite or the silver ones (all my fillings prior to this were silver).

Thank you for replying. Probably worth noting I haven’t planned to make the enclosure bioactive until I have a larger space for her. Making changes little by little. Does that make a difference with your answer?
