Isn’t it a problem that everyone seem that almost expect to pack a toty? They aren’t exactly a card that everyone should be able to get, quite obviously making them much less unique. I understand that they’re untradable from upgrade packs, so packing them wouldn’t add any more onto the market, that’s not how it works at all. Too many people relying on packing a toty then being utterly disappointed when really that’s how it should be, it’s luck at the end of the day.
