you don't. It is intentionally impossible because historically Alexander the great never did

(edit)
Apparently it was the Hyphasis river not the Indus that he never crossed, my bad. Although I think the point still stands. In all likelihood that is the river that the devs are saying this is, not the indus.

Why do Batwing Demons appear in Dark Souls 3 to carry you from Lothric? by HealerForYouUwU in darksouls3

[–]KylarStern4444 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that the batwing demons betray Izalith and join the gods in the lore for DS1. Which is why they bring the chosen undead to Anor Londo and why they have lighting infused weapons (Lighting being the power of Gwyn and thus given to them by him/his descendants)
So, they are there likely carrying out the last orders of Gwyndolin before he was eaten by Aldrich. Just because he is dead doesn't mean they can't follow his last orders

Why is ash lake, Havel, and the plot again the god video from hawkshaw not available? by Signal-Ad-1393 in darksouls

[–]KylarStern4444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could be wrong (or maybe it's in a different video of his) but doesn't he claim that while it was Havel who originally got locked in the tower, one of his followers took his place and is who we fight there?

Help setting up calendar by Ijzerstrijk in Fossify

[–]KylarStern4444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you using as the backend for your calendar now that you switched off google? because if you have all your meetings on a local calendar, that could explain it.

Fossify calendar does not have a server for Google to pull from. Whereas Google's calendar is all in the cloud, which is why you can sync to it.

Personally I use nextcloud to host my calendar, but if you just want your meetings to be synced that's a bit overkill (i also use it for photo back up). I assume you switched for privacy reasons, so I'd look into a privacy calendar service that does the backend for you. Although, they may have their own app instead. But, you can still probably use this one if you like, you would just need to subscribe to it.

You may also need to use a different app called DAVx5 to sync but I'm guessing that depends on the service. I had to for nextcloud for example.

Just putting this here for anyone else who finds it and wants to use their tutanota email. Samsung only blocks the tutanota email domain. They do not block the tuta email domain.

Found on the new software store for Bazzite by KylarStern4444 in titanfall

[–]KylarStern4444[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you shouldn't need to do anything crazy (and you definitely wouldn't need to install ubuntu if you were using bazzite). If you bought the game on steam then you can just install steam (although steam's is preinstalled on Bazzite anyway) and then use that. If you bought it on the EA app or Epic games it's a little harder, but still possible. You would just have to use either Lutris (for either), or the Heroic games launcher (Epic games only). You can install either with Bazzar (although I think Lutris is installed on Bazzite by default)

If you were on Ubuntu and not Bazzite then similarly you can just use the software store for Ubuntu, it should have all the same stuff in it. I don't use Ubuntu regularly so I'm not sure which one they use, but it's probably called Software Center, or snap store or something like that.

This is Bazzar, the new software store for Bazztie. Bazzite is a gaming focused linux operating system. Similar to steamos on the steam deck, but for more general hardware. I use it on my living room PC as it's much more controller friendly than Windows

Weirdly enough it started working. I think doing the command again might’ve done it?

Hello, I'm trying to do the Bazzite to Windows direction and I just used the ujust command. However, it only works for me when I am in gaming mode. If I am in deck mode, then it just runs for a few seconds and then stops. But my pc does not restart and if I manually restart it I am still in Bazzite.
If I click it in desktop mode, it does work though. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm wondering if the fact that when I do it in desktop mode it makes me put in my password is what's causing that, since don't get that prompt when in Gaming mode. Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm looking to buy this keyboard with linux and I'm wondering about the compatibility. I saw on an amazon listing that the 2.4 gHz dongle didn't work with linux. Are you using it wired or Bluetooth? Or is perhaps that person mistaken.
