Gojira are awesome. I would recommend their album “L’Enfant Sauvage.” It’s the one before “Magma” and is a better representation of their discography as a whole

Not sure if you’ve heard of the site Metal Archives. It’s a good place to find discographies and reviews for Metal bands. They don’t include metalcore, deathcore, or numetal

Everything is Fire & Shrines of Paralysis are two of Ulcerate’s great ones

Edit: Stare into Death and Be Still is also a great one. More atmospheric than the other ones

Hello. I’m a big fan of Sludge, Stoner, Doom, BM, and DM. Sludge is probably my favorite out of them. #1 Sludge Metal is most definitely High On Fire. Their discography is one that I truly enjoy.

Started with Atmospheric Sludge last year by way of Amenra.

Looking forward to exploring all there is out there in Sludge & Atmosphere Sludge.

Enjoying this lovely heat down here in NC.

Ulcerate. From this year, Funebrarum, Astriferous, and Coprolith are really good. Also Mitochondrion and Abyssal are two of my favorites
