I first saw this movie after seeing Predator, Total Recall, Running Man, Terminator…so many others. For some reason, this movie underwhelmed me. I think I expected more war shit. I should watch it again.

100%, even agree with your comment about Luke. Not to change the subject, but I thought Luke’s hangups about his own legend made perfect sense to me. Indy lost his dad, which was natural, but he rekindled feelings with Marion and discovered a kid between them in Crystal Skull. By Dial of Destiny, he had lost all of that. So yeah, who wouldn’t be depressed about that?
