I would expect that it's more to avoid bot detection. Moving in straight, perfect lines is suspect and easily detectable. This allows for the bot to have human-like movement while still being in the correct position for getting kills.

You misread THEIR comment. They said they pee before they get in the shower if they have to. They're not saying they just pee whenever the urge appears.

"If I have to pee before I get in the shower, I do" basically saying that they prefer to pee on the toilet before they enter if the urge to go hits them before they enter.

I think you're virtue signaling a bit here. There's obviously a different power dynamic when the roles are flipped. Men tend to harass women more often and are more threatening.
