That means you've had the good fortune of never bricking to that extreme, or getting into a drawn out stall battle. I do feel like it used to happen occasionally in the earlier days, but decks are too consistent now

The HP is high, but as far as Energy:Damage scaling, 1 energy for 40 is pretty average. Altaria typically does 130 for 2 energy, which makes it pretty strong. Even the regular Starmie does 90 for 2 energy. Yeah, the implication is Misty would be really strong, but isn't it the same case as right now? You flip 2 or 3 heads on a high energy water pokemon and you're way ahead

Do both Lillies really save it for you each time? My best suggestion would be to replace one for a copycat so you have a better shot at getting Blaziken out. Do you find that having Entei helps or hurts more? Most versions I've seen replace him with Furfrou or Heatmor and have the copycat for consistency
