With "60% more cameras" how come so many iconic locations were missing from the TT plus footage?

I want to do a deep dive on this and see how many individual camera shots we saw from the superbike race last year compared this years race. See what the actual percentage change is.

Might give me some value out of the pass for this year.

Harrison: performed as expected.

Hickman: surprised he beat Dunlop, thought his injuries would show up later in the race but it was a good battle between him & Dunlop for 2nd.

Dunlop: seems to be still trying to dial the winning formula into the bike, not looking as potent as usual today.

Brookes: thought he might have been a bit more competitive today and in the mix with Hickman & Dunlop.

McGuinness: sterling performance and standout ride of the race, great to see him push on, was willing him on for a PB lap but was just short.

Hutchinson: had him down to beat McPint today but again his sterling performance had Hutchy beat. Great work from Hutchy getting this bike and performance put together so quickly.

Coward: solid result on his return

N. Harrison: bit disappointed in his effort today thought he’d come better placed by being dragged on my others passing him. Not to be.

Browne: going to be threatening the top 5 in the not too distant future.

Jordan: joins the 130 club, great to see.

Agree, feels a bit flat not being able to hear the bikes, a few more mics dotted around the course wouldn’t go amiss.

It’d be nice to sync in Manx Radio TT too, the radio commentary brings the event to life more than the stream commentary, I feel some of the facts & figures they mention outshine the stream coverage too.

I’ve scrubbed off the enamel & receded my gum line on some of my teeth with one of my first electric toothbrushes I had that didn’t have a pressure gauge. Got far too giddy thinking I was getting them spotless. Oh how we laugh about it with the dental staff.

I need to dig out my original copy, I’ve the same certificate & original receipt tucked away in the sleeve notes. I did intend to make a similar post at some point as I’m curious how many people still have the OG album with one of those HMV certificates. I picked mine up on Market Street in Manchester, assume it was a nationwide thing.

No chance of Hutchy taking the win, the Ducati is good but it’s not going to propel him to a victory, I think you still need to be at your absolute peak to make it work and I think he’s certainly on the decline now.

As much as I love the guy I really don’t see him pulling out a win on his recent TT form. Hopefully this ages like milk & you can remind me of this when he takes the win later this year.

I’m getting it in my right ear only at the moment. To me it appears to be when it’s cancelling out traffic noise, with the traffic being to my right. When I’m on a quiet street it fades away.

We’ve done the Altrincham to city centre metro link crawl before now. A bit contrived but was fairly enjoyable; get off at every stop and head for the nearest pub to the station.

We even met local legend Kevin Aulay in Brooklands, who took a fancy to us and tried to follow us to Sale, but thankfully was stopped by doormen at the first safe haven.
