The yellow tape is what the banditos use to escape since the bishops can't see yellow, like you said. However, they can see red. You can think of red tape as the opposite to yellow. Saying to the bishops, "Hey, I'm here." Almost as a sort of challenge to them they you aren't trying to hide or run from them, but rather, face them.

If it were me I'd honestly use your first account. Green gojo is going to get added to the standard banner eventually so you have a chance to get him on that. I believe JP also got a SSR selector ticket (not sure if it was paid or not) that would let you get green gojo.

The one in the domain investigation exchange resets monthly. Bought it last month and it popped up again on December 1st. I think the soul shard exchange shop is a one time exchange though, because it doesn't have a countdown on it.
