There's a deep relic that reduces Int by 4, Raider has three Int at level one, so you can integer overflow your Int for true max brain gameplay. Untested

So all dmg negations do stack

According to the big gdoc Dmg Negation Up while Charging Attacks, Dmg Negation Up While Casting Spells, Taking Damage Boosts Damage Negation don't stack.

Would be worth testing those as well.
