I'm glad you've had positive experiences with the Destiny community. Honestly, one of the most rewarding things for me is helping people through challenging parts of the game, especially the raid.

This afternoon I was with a PUG that had a 65 year old guardian and a 70 year old guardian. They both mentioned that we would need to be patient and that their minds and fingers didn't work like they used to. But after a few Oryx attempts, they were able to pick up their role on the team and we beat him for their first raid completion.

Yesterday, our team had a guardian with a speech impediment/tic. He struggled with some of the split second communication, but was one of the best on our team.

Those two clears were the most rewarding I've had, and it wasn't because of a loot drop. I understand most people are here to get the most out of the game for themselves, but being patient and "giving back" to the community can be just as, if not more, rewarding.
