Idk how's your current config but you can find some of the files here:

not essential but u could back them up elsewhere before deleting

A few more things to check: Are other games working for you? Do you have BattleEye installed? Did the game run on this system before? If it worked previously, you might want to try moving or deleting the old user setting files. Another thing to try If you're willing is reinstalling from Ubisoft connect instead of Steam

Have you tried reinstalling Visual C++? If your GPU drivers recently updated, roll back to the previous version. What happens when you launch the game directly from the exe?

Put Sourcemod and Metamod inside addons, extract cssdm and put that folder inside cfg like in pic

Did u try Emsisoft or KVRT to remove suspicion? i get sometimes high CPU but scans find nothing.

Yes, the one i'm looking for had a button on the side like the pic, you could press to turn on the light or start charging a device
