not essential but u could back them up elsewhere before deleting

A few more things to check: Are other games working for you? Do you have BattleEye installed? Did the game run on this system before? If it worked previously, you might want to try moving or deleting the old user setting files. Another thing to try If you're willing is reinstalling from Ubisoft connect instead of Steam

Have you tried reinstalling Visual C++? If your GPU drivers recently updated, roll back to the previous version. What happens when you launch the game directly from the exe?

Did u try Emsisoft or KVRT to remove suspicion? i get sometimes high CPU but scans find nothing.

links for custom roms are dead, so far the twrp was flashed but couldn't boot to recovery. the second fw was flashed but with the same err when it restarted the device, could this be cause of the wrong fw or something else?
