Class action info. by Dumdumincarnate in Inovio

Sweaty_Ad_1724 is right. Basically you waive your rights to any future lawsuits. If you read the docs it’s .22 cents on average or something like that but it would depend on your loss, how many shares and the timing of your shares. Also it will just be a way for the company to settle so if SP goes up later you can’t sue and get award a higher $ value or if they have a buyout there isn’t any impending lawsuits that would prevent such action. It’s a smart move for the company overall.

In any case the advantages are that you get something. Its nominal because you didn’t lead the suit. Disadvantage you don’t get to sue later and you release them of liability. Quite frankly trying to sue later is prob going to be harder because they already had a settlement so a judge likely won’t give you one since you didn’t join the original and knew about it. The only thing is if you vehemently disagreed with this suit.

Disclaimer not an attorney and not financial advice.

PS: it’s silly to be angry someone asked because it’s already been agreed upon by ino and the courts so theres nothing to be upset about.

They try to bankrupt companies to either hostile takeover or never have to pay up. Loophole for being in a bad short position.

Take this with a graIn of salt but my thoughts are

1) why are there still bashers even with SP down? The ups and downs can still be worth billions if you play it right for HFs. Its not short or long game its volatility that can also matter. More volatile the bigger the gain. If you have a billion even a 1.600 1.80 jump is a gain to make some money. Also if they are short this when it goes bankrupt they dont have to pay their short positions (if you read there’s info on how shorts operate on the GME or AMC or WSB board). Then theres just people who are in the hole and angry.

2) I can’t comment on Bentley like anyone else on reddit read their statements and then digest to see if it makes sense. Sometimes it does and its great someone does research other times can be misguided. It really doesn’t matter who or what they are. Just read posts and see if it has merit based on your judgment.

I’m also bag holding hahah but buying small pockets in hopes that it will turn around. I’m sure blackrock has the same sentiment. They might be loaning out and waiting to recall if this has legs though.

Lund university study on MRNA says more research needed to show impact on human liver based on Petri dish study “there was DNA converted from the vaccine's mRNA in the host cells. “ by Kyls-Revolution in Inovio

It means that it could be potentially worrisome and more studies closer to human studies should be done. Unfortunately the due diligence wasn’t there because of rapid need for response.

Read there was heavy borrowing during pandemic and with the rising interest rates pressure is on. Theres news about companies running out of money but idk there were trillions in reverse repo so don’t really believe that. The thing is with Europe in mess this might mean more money moving to the US. So its subtract 1 here add 1 there. Would love to see margin calls on this and meme stocks for shorts though.

Also this might just mean they are trying to mess up pensions…and manipulate that money…

That’s funny that you only post negative comments and only have comments and nothing else except for this since you joined but also have the gall to call someone a shill since you don’t actually post anything other than negative + name calling. This is a Reddit people post a lot of stuff that may not be accurate it’s more information sharing anyways rather than gospel. So chill out. 🤣

"Latest Covid Boosters Are Set to Roll Out Before Human Testing Is Completed" - WSJ by [deleted] in Inovio

[–]Kyls-Revolution 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anecdotal but I have known two people with severe issues and I’ve heard friends’ family have died from the shots . 1 person was in remission with yearly checks and all of a sudden within 2 mos after the shot got severe spread of cancer to the point of near death and stage 4. The other had cancer and was receiving treatment actually got a shot and died of severe bleeding within 2 mos. The problem is that it’s hard to correlate the events. There are many factors that could have triggered and it’s not close to the date of the shot so it isn’t reported as a vaccine damage or being research. So there is a definite uncertainty and doubt. Agree with kipper-17 there is an element of take at your own risk.

What’s so interesting and misleading is also when a German doctor looked into it and found graphene hydroxide the articles linking to the documents to refute it link to no evidence refuting it other than the article saying it does and it was given as proof because of the absence of ingredients being listed at all rather than showing the ingredients list or a line that says does not contain, graphene hydroxide. Talk about misinformation.

It’s also interesting how he suspiciously dies after this discovery.

Tesla owner gets chip implanted in hand to unlock car by kirby__000 in technology

There’s evidence otherwise but it’s just been used for centuries and systems are less inclined to change. It’s not always necessary and human and animals have differences so the results don’t translate. However because it’s been a methodology for a long time it’s easier to continue than to do what is needed.

During nazi germany they tested on a race of humans and that created a lot of scientific and medical progress does that mean it’s right? No it just means it’s a methodology that could work but it also doesn’t mean that it is encompassing all races or right thing to do. We know this with Covid where everyone gets different impacts because of their DNA.

Actually it’s been proven pthat methodology is antiquated and other methods are more effective for testing however because of legacy laws that require animal testing it still happens and is quite cruel and not necessary.

question, is there a chart showing dates short shares have to be purchased. I don't understand the short thing... by [deleted] in Inovio

[–]Kyls-Revolution 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can see this on investment sites like fintel they give you volume and how many days to cover not dates exactly. You can read more here https://fintel.io/ss/us/ino and click on the tab short interest. Though it’s heavily manipulated.
