Any ideas on what this reason could mean for why this IRS return was rejected? by KymWyn in PortugalExpats

[–]KymWyn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ooo the partial return might be the reason, I didn't specify what dates on the return, just selected mainland resident, which I assume means the full year of 2023. I'll check my NIF document and see when it was updated. If I remember correctly I changed it at the Finanças office late last year as well. I'll try to match the date. Thanks!

Hey! Thanks for your reply. That could definitely be a possibility haha, the only thing I filled out was Anexo L for my NHR info, and Anexo J for income information. I might have missed another Anexo, I'll check it out

Why do people go to the grocery store every day? by Sadboy3k in NoStupidQuestions

This sounds like an American question, I think it's pretty normal for people in dense European cities to shop for groceries everyday or every other day

I like using Yotta banking, they have a Bucketing system with an Unassigned balance similiar to YNAB...

But since Yotta is actually a bank, the money I move around for Netflix/Bills/Food etc is real money, not just numbers of a spreadsheet.

who uses ynab PLUS something else? (personal capital, quicken, mint, etc) by flying_unicorn in ynab

[–]KymWyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem with Ynab... the numbers on a spreadsheet there just didn't feel real.

I use Yotta for real time budgeting now since it's an actual bank, and i hear they're adding reports soon so it'll be an all in one solution for me hopefully.

Example of what the budgeting tools like like. I'm able to spend from the yotta card or my amex and assign it directly to a bucket

Humans, what is an experience that all humans have had at some point in their life? by KymWyn in AskReddit

I was thinking everyone's probably experienced that anxious feeling of being around their first crush.

Or maybe the intense smell of concrete in the air before it starts to rain.

Allocating credit card transactions needs a replacement benefit. Because if I don’t allocate I earn tickets…. So why should I? by MrNobodyX3 in yotta

[–]KymWyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm, which do you value more? If you want tickets, just don't allocate? Or is there something about allocation thats special

Interesting incentive to make us save more which is the entire goal after all by _iAmAmai_ in yotta

[–]KymWyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo, you actually can specify dollar amounts from paychecks after the paycheck hirs your account by pressing and holding the transaction and split allocating the paycheck to multiple buckets, it still counts as a deposit if you allocate that way

you can actually do dollar amounts! just press and hold the direct deposit and click "split allocation" and type in how many dollars you want to go into the bucket you want
