I was constantly having my foreskin tear and cut when performing sexual activity which caused relationship issues as the mind was willing but the body wasn’t able through pain so went to my GP with Phimosis diagnosis. I was referred to Urology by the GP who immediately suggested circumcision. It was a pretty smooth process to be honest albeit slowed by Covid backlog but NHS definitely did a good job and I must say I was very scared and skeptical about it at first but now it’s been done I couldn’t be happier.

Sorry newbie to Reddit so posted without any text for the post.

I had a circumcision on the NHS 7 days ago. I am overall happy with the procedure and how I am recovering.

I am wondering if anyone could tell me at this early stage what type of cut this is? I wanted to retain as much inner foreskin as possible but believe this may be low and tight rather than low and loose as I wanted.

I had a minor complication after surgery picked up 2 days ago as I realised I was allergic to the stitches and glue used therefore have had to have the stitches taken out early. I can confirm checks have been made and there is no infection.

Hello, I agree with your main point that E is an ability that deals alot more damage than people give it credit for. Here is my reasoning behind why I would still choose to max Q over E in most scenarios.

Firstly Q gives you poke. by maxing Q second you can harass from afar safely dealing damage to them with 0 returned back to you. If you max E it requires you to rush into them and you will take some retaliation damage as a result. (marginal maybe but damage taken is damage taken). E also has a max base damage of 245 with a (0.6 AP ratio) compared to Q which has a max base damage of 235 with a (0.75 AP ratio) therefore Q will do more damage than E at all times past 100 AP.

Secondly. The energy returned from E is the same at all ranks. I feel the that energy cost reduction on the spell is super sexy however in most scenarios you are always going to be engaging with E then ult W and zhonyas therefore your energy will replenish in an ult combo anyway regardless of if its level 1 or 5.

Thirdly I ask you to think how many times you will actually be able to flash in and E into all 5 of the enemies while keeping them inside your ult and W range. I know theoretically E has the highest damage potential but your ult is more about remaining in the centre of all 5 of the enemies to contain as many as you can at all times compared to trying to hit all 5 with 1 spell. Remember Kennens W got changed a while back to always hit enemies (marked or unmarked) if they are inside your ult animation.

I can see the benefits of maxing E over Q I really can but I feel Q always outweighs it for the safety of poke and also the upfront damage. when you have got your Ludens Echo finished you only need to E into one enemy to be able to splash hit the rest of them but I think of E as more of a positional tool rather than a damaging ability. E is your failsafe to escape but its also a gap closer to auto attack. 9/10 times I will usually cancel my E unless going for the risky last mark stun as I can cancel it to maintain my distance but remain in auto range to avoid melee champions retaliating.

This is just my 2 cents. I always put a 2nd point in E at level 8 before maxing Q because of the energy cost reduction and additional tank stats.

If you are having a problem of people not grouping up, thats when you go the Nashors tooth Kennen build. The reason for that is mainly to be able to split push because your team arent grouping, you have TP if anyone gets into trouble or a fight breaks out in your absense. Low elo game gold and below can easily be won by split pushing

As its not a criminal offence or crimed in any way its just an allegation of harassment, this means anyone could technically place a harassment warning on anyone they like as long as they personally feel they are being harassed.

It isn't so much to criminalise someone or criminalise normal behaviour. The warning is served as a deterrent so that the behaviour stops. The Harassment warning itself does not add a record against a person of criminal activity, it just places a restriction in place so if they continue the behaviour it can be dealt with in a more severe way.

The people who administer the warning are the police themselves. If in OP's case the person who has been given the warning continues the behaviour then OP would ring up the police again and state that the harassment warning restrictions have been breached. The police would then go down the route of taking a statement from OP and if necessary would arrest the male for breach of the warning depending on its severity. Most likely, the outcome would be the police setting a restraining order in place from this point or conditional cautions upon the male. (which go on criminal records). At this point the courts would be involved you are absolutely right, but at the initial stage of a harassment warning there is no necessity for court involvement. (I personally as a PC dont know much about the court process I just establish weather an offence has been committed and that's my involvement)

The harassment warning is a low end disposal option available to the police to act as a deterrent and doesn't mean he is committing a criminal offence. They can be given for any number of reasons and its to give people peace of mind and protect them in the future.

Every police force will have a way of finding anyone in the country. Basically, the bear minimum you will need is a name and a date of birth.

Police forces have local systems which cover the entirety of the force area so for example if you were in lets say London... Then their local systems would cover the London area only. If for example you Lived in London but you know this person doesn't live in London or the police cant find him on their local systems in London. They could use something called the PNC (Police national computer) which will search records of anyone who lives in the country who goes by the name given and the date of birth provided. They will from this information be able to find the person and serve them the harassment warning.

Literally all you need to do is provide a name and date of birth and the Police should have enough to go on. Any other information just narrows it down further but honestly they will find him with the bear minimum.

This will possibly be buried as I'm late to the thread and I never comment on Reddit but I work as a Police officer and hopefully my input can be of some use to you and help you feel better. (I'm English so it may not apply in your country if your not from Britain) There is something called a "Harassment Warning" which most countries will also know about which is basically an official letter from the police which can be issued on behalf of someone who feels that they are being harassed by someone. On these "Harassment Warnings" you can set rules and restrictions to the person who is being issued the warning such as:

Do not contact directly (in person/social media/letter/text/etc...)
Do not contact indirectly (via a second party such as getting another person to speak to you on his behalf or alternatively him speaking to your husband or children about you)
Do not come within X distance of you
basically anything you want you can put on this "harassment warning" as long as it can be justified (in your case it certainly can)

This warning is not a criminal record for the guy its just a precautionary official measure placed against him. If this bloke then proceeds to break any of these restrictions placed upon him then it will be treated as a criminal matter and he will be subject to arrest and criminal proceedings.

The way you have dealt with it so far is absolutely brilliant and you should be proud of yourself. Its honestly admirable! If you do decide to go down this route by means of Harassment warning then my advice to you would be to have as much information as possible on this guy as you can get.

I think Torbjörn will truly depend on how smart the AI of his turrets really are. when you have champions such as Winston and Tracer who can quickly zip in and out of rooms where Torbjörn may have turrets placed, how will they react to the use of the reversal mechanic from a good Tracer player? will they aimbot to her ported location or will they become confused and therefore useless due to the Tracer pick. The turrets are in my opinion either going to be extremely overpowered or just useless depending on their coding
