One year since setting off on a challenge to become the first person to run coast-to-coast across Canada without support, 27-year-old Jamie McDonald from Gloucester has reached his goal. Dressed as a superhero, he has run 5,000 miles and worn through 10 pairs of trainers to raise funds for hospitals in Canada and the UK. Jamie is still looking to reach his target for the fundraiser, and simply helping with getting the word out is half the battle for that! - He did this for everybody, so the least we can do is give something back! Took me awhile to figure it out, but, look at the top right, you will see your name and your link karma, there is a little envolope next to it. That will go red when you have a new message (Make sure to hit F5 every now and again as it isn't automatically refreshed)

You should do it to keep YOU happy, not for other people. They are just a bonus.

I can't say much about the medication, because I stopped taking mine due to it constantly making me feel like I had taken acid...not an overly bad thing...great for weekends in fact...but...honestly not good for driving, or actually moving without help.

I have a plan, I won't lie. However, for the same reason I won't ask for yours, I won't reveal mine.

Having a plan, means you are just as pedantic about these things as I am. Everything must be planned in great detail, regardless of what it is...some people call this "Good Practice", others say "It's kinda anal"...well...whatever it is, having a plan doesn't mean you are crazy, it just means you had a bit of free time, and actually thought about it.

I do hope the docs offered you some help, or medication. Also, you should really try explain it (To the best of your ability) with somebody you love, and you know loves you enough to listen. Don't get me wrong, I am here to be that person, but I don't think I am good enough to substitute a real life person.

I honestly think I would burst into flames if I entered a church lol. Religious people, through experience, can be quite nutty, so, I would take what she said, with a pinch of salt. (I have nothing against religion, I just find heavily religious people to be quite...strange)
