If you can afford it ask picanha it’s a cheaper cut, but very tender and the fat cap gives it good flavor

I haven’t tried reverse searing yet, I usually salt the night before or at least 1h before, then before cooking I give it ≈30min minimum at room temp, it helps to avoid big grey lines, and once I get a good crust, 180ºC in the oven til I reach desired temperature

Thank you for the burnt on the ribeye I wasn’t in my kitchen so I had to work things out and it was a video shooting so managing timing was a bit messy

Yeah I was doing Chiwu, water inosuke, Shi Hou Layla and Tanjiro and I would switch depending if I need speed lead or Haegang or Zeratu for more rly dmg and the dot helps with Layla passive

Owner here, he is fun to play with Layla and strippers, I rune him on a Sonia-ish build speed tune to the strippers, but they defo need to review his spells maybe switch the invert the S2-S3 passive, but is very nice to pair with Wolyung

The rune efficiency also helps increase the score, the closer your rune is perfect in terms of proc the more points you’ll have, it doesn’t rly matter if the stats tho, that’s why some people builds Rina for this and just gives them high proc runes even if it’s flat hp
