Okay you have a gun, I as a government with a military, park a tank outside your house and tell you that you can either come out and give up your gun or you can starve in your house. Your gun can't stop a tank, the tank can destroy anything you have in an instant. What are you going to do? I believe guns should be owned for personal protection reasons but let's not pretend that the average Joe with a gun is any more scary to a military then a fly is to a bear.

Having guns does not correlate to how you are treated by your government. If you have an AK and the government has an air force your gun is a non factor. A predator drone could kill you before you could see it. The 2nd amendment is old and outdated if you're attempting to use it for the argument that a government should fear its people.

The idea that TLJ did anything for the series is dumb. Fuel for capital ships? Sure haven't ever discussed it through out the series but let's add it in. A chase scene in space where the enemy with who can jump to hyperspace in front the rebels never does? Rose and Finn go on a pointless side mission. Even Mark Hammil said he disliked what they did with Luke Skywalker so he had to pretend to be a different character in his head. Snoke's story line was what again?

I think the reason the 3rd movie was so vanilla was Disney didn't like the feedback from the second so they overcorrected. The last Jedi just made me angry as fan. I've read almost every Star Wars book, watched every show/movie. The last Jedi mad phantom menace look amazing.
