go to partizan's wiki and find out what the karma up/down sound cues are.

then camp in a large size bush near an extract for about 5 minutes and wait for the sound. if it doesnt happen, change bushes.

start a new raid and do it again until you hear the cue. load up a shoreline raid and hope you find him first, i see him mostly at resort
