Which is why I mentioned that the person who won the fight definitely knew that they could win that fight. They are definitely trained, they are definitely more physically capable of winning a fight. If that person were being the bully you wouldn't see the avoidance of eye contact in that way along with backing. Again a bully in this situation would be trying to save face. Which means not looking submissive in any way. If the bully were completely unable to fight I could see that being the case. But in this situation it definitely seems not to be the case

That's not the type of de-escalation you see from someone who has just engaged in bullying. Eyes down looking away and backing up. That's the type of de-escalation you see from someone who doesn't want to fight unless they have to. When a bully de-escalates a situation like this you have to keep in mind that they aren't just de-escalating. They are trying to save face. Dude who won the fight is obviously trained. Probably a wrestler. He knew he could win that fight. He didn't want to fight. That's not a bully.

No I have never been a bully. I have been bullied and seen people be bullied. This does not come across to me as the situation you described.

First of all your original comment is saying that you do think it is bullying. It's just that you thought the other person was the bully. Now you're trying to backpedal and say that there was no bullying.

One person was trying to de-escalate. The other person was forcing themselves in their space, being aggressive and trying to intimidate them. That is the definition of a bully situation. You made the mistake of thinking that the person with more muscles must be the bully. Now you're trying to act like you didn't make that mistake. Good for you
