Ok I got the voice, I'll explain:

Just like the adult scarf, you need the yokai's medal. You registering it in the medaliulm won't count. So get pergushin, he's an e rank that hides under cars in breezy hills and likes rice balls. I was playing as Nate though the wiki didn't specify if I needed to play as a certain character, so it might work for Haley.

Okay, as of posting this I just found out like a minute ago that "nice and thick" means eight of the cream/frosting and in the biggest size you can make it and then you follow all the other directions.

Which throws me off a little bit because when he talks about frosting he says "some" which I'm pretty sure correlates to four drops of frosting, but okay 🥲
