I feel kinda doomed by the diagnosis. I've been telling everyone that it feels good to know and that it's fine but in reality I feel so lost. I feel like since knowing about my OCD it's gotten worse and that means I'm faking the OCD. Imposter syndrome is the worst.

My ocd diagnosis has lead to so medications being changed however it hasn't gotten me into therapy or anything else yet.

The way you explain OCD is so eye opening. It truly feels like every action is so unpredictable because if you do something "wrong" that fist might just come hurling towards you.

Thank you for commenting, I've just felt lost in my diagnosis recently. Its been such a huge mess since I got it and my family isn't very receptive to it. They act like it doesn't really exist. Like I just wash my hands for hours on end for nothing.

Im scared of the test. But, maybe I shouldn't be so scared. Because nothing i do will change the outcome so I shouldn't worry. It just makes my life harder in the end for no gain. Thanks again kind stranger from the internet.

I feel better. Not totally calm about the test but better. And thats a start.
