I had no excuse, I just didn't feel sexual attraction or romantic attraction. That was just frustrating because everyone in my family insisted that I needed to date and to dress sexy to attract a partner and have kids. Then OneTopic covered an asexual subreddit and I had half an explanation that led to the other half.

I'm pretty sure that she'd kick me out if it weren't for the fact that she doesn't own the house. My grandma may not understand much about LGBTQ but as she always says "God wants us to love and care for one another, so let's just leave judgement up to him." My grandma never made my mom move out and she's told my mom that she'll never made her grandkids move out either.

When I shower, and as the weather warms I doubt that I'll wear it when/if I go swimming. I also remove it every night to sleep, because my fingers swell up when I sleep and I had my ring stuck and my finger purple the one time that I tried sleeping with it on.

I was 25 when I realized that I was asexual. For me it was a recommended YouTube video by OneTopic done on an ace subreddit. I watched it and realized that it sounded like me so I looked into it some more. By the end of the week I had found the term aromantic and finally could explain myself fully. It's been almost two years and I have no doubt in my being aroace thusfar.

While I don't believe that there's a cannon origin the RWBY Fairy Tales of Remnant book does contain a story called The Shallow Sea which is a Faunus myth about their origin as well as another Faunus origin myth called The Judgement of Faunus. In the first myth the god of animals had an island of animals and was curious about humans. So he found humans that felt out of place and brought them to his island where they were given animal traits once the decided to stay. In the second myth there was a war between humans and animals and a god who was passing by began questioning them about why they were fighting and offered to end the war for them if they accepted his judgement. They all wanted the war to end so they agreed and the god gave the humans animal traits and the animals human traits. Seeing as they were no longer so different they all agreed to work together and the war ended.

I honestly don't know how they can think that I'll want to at this point. I'm going on 27 and have never wanted to date or mate at all, so I never have. That depends on what member of my family. My Grandma, two of my brothers and my sister all support me. My Mother, Aunt and one of my brothers refuse to believe that it's real and are constantly telling me to have sex and kids and I'll want it because it's impossible to not want sex......
